Oletko valmis aloittamaan Wapun IK:n kanssa (melkein jo) legendaarisen TA soihtujuoksun merkeissä? Liity siis mukaamme keskiviikkona 1.4. juoksulenkille! Reittimme alkaa päätalolta, josta suuntaamme Darthkekkonen muraalille Hiedanrantaan. Reitin pituus on noin reilu 8km ja etenemme rennolla tahdilla. Lenkin jälkeen luvassa on tietysti sauna, jonne toivotamme lämpimästi kaikki tervetulleiksi mukaan tulitpa lenkille tai et n. klo 18.30 alkaen! Saunakamppeet voi jättää lenkin ajaksi aj-tilaan ja tapaamme täten klo 17 päätalolla. Hiedenrannasta suuntaamme takaisin omakustanteisesti ratikalla tai vaikkapa juosten, tyyli on vapaa 🫡

HUOM! Tapahtuma on häirinnästä ja syrjinnästä vapaa. Jos koet tai näet tapahtumassa minkäänlaista syrjintää tai häirintää, ota yhteyttä tapahtuman tukihenkilöön. Are you ready to kick start IK Wappu with the (almost already) legendary TA torch relay? Join us on Wednesday 1.4. for a run together! Our route starts from the university main building, from where we head to the Darthkekkonen mural in Hiedanranta. The route is about 8km long and we will run with a relaxed pace. After the run, there will natirally be a sauna where we warmly welcome everyone, whether you come for the run or not, to join us from about 6.30pm onwards! You can leave your extra stuff in the IK club room for the duration of the run and thus we will meet at 5pm in front of the main building. From Hiedanranta we will head back (at your own expense) by tram or perhaps even by running the style is of course free 🫡

WHAT? First event of Wappu aka the TA torch run

WHERE? Main building at 5pm, approx. 6.30pm at YTHS sauna (Kalevantie 3 C 33, 33100, Tampere)

WHAT DOES IT COST? Nothing (possibly one tram ticket)

WHAT TO WEAR? Sportswear and your swim suit and towel for the sauna afterwards!
